“Sagra della Seppia” – 2nd Edition

Following the great success of the first edition, with over 20 thousand visitors, the “Sagra della Seppia” (Cuttlefish Festival) of Ostia, organized by the Ostia Ristora association, is back again this year.

From October 11th to 13th 2019, in fact, the gastronomic event entirely dedicated to cuttlefish will be staged once again in the beautiful location of the “Roma Capitol camping Village” in Castelfusano: a second edition expected to exceed last year’s numbers.

It will be a party lasting three days as it was the first edition.
The goal is to overcome the great success of 2018 when over 20 thousand people have reached the Roma Capitol campsite to enjoy the different specialties of cuttlefish and to enjoy to the full three intense days of events, music and gathering.

The location of the Sagra della Seppia 2019, the Roma Capitol camping Village in Castelfusano, is a perfect area for hosting this event: immersed as it is in the naturalistic environment of the Pineta of Castelfusano and also because it is very well equipped with parking, services, playground areas and wide space to enjoy the party in relaxation.

Main attraction of the 2019 edition, as the name goes, will be the cuttlefish (Seppia) and good food and wine.

It will feature from cuttlefish with peas to pasta with cuttlefish: it will be proposed in many different variations in this edition too.
There will be new tasting moments added to the classic lunch and dinner menu.
