Olympic Triathlon Ostia

The Olympic Triathlon Ostia, organized by the ASD 3 4 fun, is held on the distance of 1,500 meters in open water, 40,000 meters by bike and 10,000 meters of running race.

The open water swimming leg will run a course of 750 mt length, to go twice, getting out of the water at the end of the first lap and running a short ride on the beach.

The cycling route will be articulated on a flat road circuit completely closed to traffic, of a length of about 10 km to be covered four times. The jogging route will be articulated on a flat asphalt path, completely closed to traffic, with a total length of 2.5 km to be run four times.
